Meet the Founder: Alessandra Monterrosa
I’m Alessandra — founder, baker, and the hands behind Moondough. My path to bread wasn’t linear. I spent over four years as a private and superyacht chef, creating refined, personalized dining experiences aboard luxury vessels from the Mediterranean to the Bahamas. That time taught me precision, discipline, and the joy of curating food that speaks to people on a deeper level.
Now, we are growing Moondough into a destination where sourdough lovers can learn how to elevate their bakes.
